Ealing Broadway is also connected to the London Underground system, and is the western terminus on the District line and Central line in Travelcard Zone 3. There are four other tube stations in Ealing, while the M4 motorway passes just to the south of the district, and Heathrow Airport is right next to its southwest corner.

There are some excellent schools in the district for families to take into consideration, including Brentside Primary, North Primary, Mayfield Primary and Hathaway Primary for younger children. Local secondary schools include Notting Hill and Ealing High School, Brentside High School and Drayton Manor High School.
