Who are we?

Established in 2001, we exclusively deal with the legal side of moving home.

We’ve completed transactions in each of the 109 postcodes in England and Wales, and we have a team of legal professionals dedicated to conveyancing – that is, the legal process of transferring a property. We don’t have a ‘call centre’ approach to looking after your move – you have a named legal professional working on your case from beginning to end. And no admin staff or paralegals – all of our team are either solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal professionals who have many years of experience.

When you choose us to conduct your conveyancing, there are a few things you can start submitting to us straight away. Shortly into the process, you’ll choose a scheduled telephone appointment slot with your conveyancer who can talk you through your transaction, ask any questions and also allow you to ask any questions.

We have regional offices around the country, with our Head Office in Leicestershire in the Midlands, however you won’t ever need to visit us or take time off work, as everything is done remotely through our eWay app.

What is eWay?

eWay is our online documents portal where you upload all of your documents. It’s so easy, you don’t even need a laptop – simply take photos on your tablet or phone and upload them. There are also online forms that are easy to complete – quick and easy compared to waiting for documents to arrive by post, and then sending them back to us.
