Review Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

Entry to the prize draw is free and happens automatically when you leave a Valid Review

A “Valid Review” means a review of My Home Move Conveyancing’s service on www.google.co.uk or on www.trustpilot.co.uk:

• relates to the service offered by My Home Move Conveyancing and
• which fully complies with Google’s Local Guides and Trustpilot’s User Guidelines.

Entry to the prize draw is open to individual residents of England and Wales aged 18 or over, except employees of My Home Move Conveyancing, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the prize draw.

Only one entry per person, per platform, will count as an entry.

Free Entry Route: You may email a valid review to prizedraw@myhomemoveconveyancing.co.uk to be eligible for this prize draw.

The winner will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

One winner will be drawn at random on the 1st of every month from all entries received. The draw will be made by a member of our legal compliance team.

The winner will be notified by My Home Move Conveyancing and has 14 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize; otherwise, My Home Move Conveyancing reserves the right to redraw the prize.

The prize is £250 in John Lewis vouchers, although we reserve the right to choose an alternative retailer. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Completing and submitting a review on www.google.co.uk, www.trustpilot.co.uk or via the free entry route will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any reviews which breach the user guidelines will not count towards the prize draw.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any personal data that is collected as part of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. Further information on our Privacy Policy page.

My Home Move Conveyancing reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

My Home Move Conveyancing’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
