Macclesfield railway station is found on the Stafford to Manchester branch of the UK’s West Coast Main Line, and there are services to Manchester Piccadilly that take around 20 minutes, while London can be reached in under two hours. The M6 motorway runs to the west of town, with the A537 heading towards the junction at Knutsford. To the east, there are some lovely roads that can take you through and around the Peak District.
