Christmas prize draw

We're making Christmas even more exciting this year. Accept a quote for conveyancing from one of our Simplify Group partners via this website, and we'll enter you into a prize draw to win your legal fee for FREE (Ts&Cs apply).

All you have to do, is get a quote before midnight on 24 December 2025, and accept it by hitting 'instruct' on either our website, or the confirmation email we'll send you, and your details will be automatically entered into our prize draw. 

One lucky winner will have their legal fees paid for by My Home Move as long as they meet the eligibility criteria and complete their move, sale or remortgage through their Simplify Group legal company before 24 July 2026.

_{Competition Terms and Conditions}

1. _{The prize draw is open to all residents of England and Wales aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter (My Home Move Conveyancing Ltd), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.}

2. _{To enter the prize draw, entrants must accept a quote from My Home Move Conveyancing for conveyancing services on a property purchase, sale or remortgage in England or Wales serviced by Premier Property Lawyers, JS Law, DC Law or Advantage Property Lawyers, between 00:00 on 13 December 2025 and 23:59 on 24 December 2025. By doing so, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.}

3. _{In order to be eligible to win the prize draw, you must complete the purchase, sale or remortgage of the same property (through a Simplify Group legal company you instruct via My Home Move Conveyancing) within 6 months of the draw being made. No transferral of your entry to another property transaction is permitted.}

4. _{The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to a technical fault of any kind.}

5. _{A winner will be chosen at random on 24 January 2026, and notified by the Promoter by email or phonecall within 3 working days.}

6. _{The winner will have the legal fee for their conveyancing paid for by the Promotor. All other associated fees, including searches, file opening fee and any additional costs are excluded.}

7. _{The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered for any reason, including non-completion of the winner’s property transaction.}

8. _{The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.}

9. _{The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who applies by email consumeronlineteam@myhomemoveconveyancing.co.uk within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5.}

10. _{Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.}

11. _{The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.}

12. _{These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.}
